We visited Samyan last weekend.  It was Beth's 2nd year of teaching here in Thailand.  Delicious food!!!  Good laugh.. Great friends..  Babalik at babalik ka rin.  Too bad my cousin Smile missed it.

Do you know how it feels like to love someone but you can't coz you don't have the right anymore?  Do you know how it feels like to want to care for someone but you can't coz it might mean something else?  DO you know how its like to want to be friend with someone but can't because, you simply can't...

Love.. that is the problem i dont want to have.  I hate love.  Loving is not so easy aftrer all.  You always have to make a choice and more often you choose the wrong choice.  Why does it have to be always complicated?  A te Mia?  Ate Beth?.. Ate Smile?  Everybody?

But life has to go on.  Kantahan mo lang ng mga angry songs yan, then drive around town, call friends, talk to your family and have some good food.. everythings going to be alright.. for a time.. then of course.. theres love again.. see!!

Weekend na naman!  I hope nothing will happen as interesting and exciting as last weekend.

My tutorial class with Kat started yesterday.  She’s a freshman student from school, and her mother wants her to be able to speak and understand English.  Easy!!!  And she  also wanted me to teach her son during Saturdays!  Good news just keeps on coming.  This means extra money!  Actually not extra.  Because I only got about 300B in my wallet.  The motorcycle is a great help coz I only have to worry for my food.

The first guy to ever comment on my scent in my face: Danny is his name.  He said, “Shella, you smell like you’ve just been from the shower”.  Hehe.  Compliment or whatever but it made me grin.  “Is that your perfume?”, he asked.  I said “yes, that’s my cologne”.  “It smells like shampoo”, he added.  “Or maybe soap?, hehe”  I asked.  He said,  “No, soap doesn’t smell that way”.  He said “don’t worry, it smells good”.  I asked him, “you want to try it?” he replied in his English accent, “try it?.. nah.. I don’t want to smell that fresh”. 

They told me I can get my bike on Saturday because the documents were not complete.  I was surprised yesterday when they delivered it at the house! Its a red honda 100cc bike.  Its not automatic though, but it doesnt matter, as long as it can take me to school every day and go to places nearby during weekends.

First ride:  I took my sister and cousin at Central City Bangna.  While driving, I was asking myself, hmmmm, can I handle the busy streets of bangkok?  Hehehe.  I can!!  We were on the highway and we had to take a U-turn fly over.  Cool!!  Its kinda scary actually.. cars are speeding up in highways.  I'm running at 80kph the most and 40kph the least.  Then on the way home, took Srinakarin Road.  Major highway..  Kaya!!  Still extra careful pa rin.  They said there are many thai reckless drivers.

Im driving without license.. don't tell anyone!!

Were having good laugh at school everyday.  Coolness mga co-teachers naming Emerican and English.  We were all laughing crazy kanina.

Heres one:  Jack teaches physics, but hes not really a physics teacher.  We were saying goodbye after class to both of them, and wishing each other to have a nice weekend. Joe said he'll be swimming this weekend.  I said to Joe, have fun swimming sir, then Jack came to me and said.  When you think of me, PITY me.  Why is that sir?.. I asked. He said, "I'll be studying Physics this weekend" hehehe.. kawawa naman matanda. 

Havent watched star wars yet!!! Thats how broke i am.  AAAAHH!!!

Pay day.. come soon please..

God answers my prayers.  Everything went my way. It was a peaceful, happy and fun goodbye.

Before this, I was struggling to get what I want, and everybody around me was telling me, dont bother anymore.  With the words of people concerned to me, I listened to all of them and I thank all of them for it.  Its a very nice feeling to be loved by friends and families and feel their support all the way.  Thank you po kila ate Beth, ate Mia, Smile, my sis, my cousin bing bing, orlan tess and Mommy Nancy and tatay Rhod.

Cant wait for my next visit in Samyan!!

Yahoo!!  Finally, i have my non b visa na.  Muntik na namang di makuha.  Buti na lang, I was lucky pa rin.  Medyo may mga kamalasan na galing pa lang ng Bangkok. 

Wednesday: at the train station 2pm, cancelled ang trips.  Satellite was broken daw and it might take them 3 days or more to fix it.  So we took the bus.  Left at 6pm from Bangkok arrived in Hatyai at 6am.  It was a night trip kaya tulog lang sa bus. Pagkagising..

Thursday: Hatyai:  Bus will leave at 830 am pa. If we'll wait for that, we cant make it at the Embassy on time since it closes at 12pm.  Hatyai going to Penang takes 3 hours travel.  There was a taxi, charging us at very ridiculous price.  But we had to decide.  So we paid him.  It was like buying the time na lang..  We arrived at the embassy on time.  Gave the papers.  We were told to be back the next day.  Problem:  I lack one document, so I had to contact my school.  Would you believe na walang international fax available sa Central City Bangna?!  Kawawa naman si Orlan.  He had class and it was raining that time, when he was trying to find a way to send me the document.  Anyways, he ended up sending it to me via email. 

Friday:  I thought I cant get my visa the next day because I had faxed the document late in the afternoon already.  Luckily nga, I had it.  The moment I got my non b visa I told my sis, ayan ate, makasmile na ko.  Lets walk the streets of Penang, and get pictures.  It was a smoth trip back na.  We get to pass the longest bridge in Asia: Penang Bridge.  Coolness!!  I love the sea.  Sarap ng feeling..

Saturday:  Glad to be back in Bangkok!! 

Glad its holiday on Monday!!

It all started when I was invited to their English Camp last February.  Then they hired me even without an interview!  Anyways, they have seen me how I was with their students, so I guess I did okay. 

Classes started last Monday.  Currently there are only four foreigners teaching under English program.  An American - Jack, English - Joe and two Filipinos.  Me and Orlando.  There'll be two more men coming this Monday.  The two native speakers are nice to talk with.  They have humor. hehehe.  Surprisingly I can laught at their stories, to think they are like my tatay's age na. 

Life's better.  You'll get used to things that you used to have and not have them now eventualy.  Simply be thankful to what you have now: friends and family and friends.  My cousin Bingbing who just arrived here will start on Monday na.  My cousin Smile and my sis got an increase.  Orlan? hmmm. ayun ngtitiis pa rin sa flat niya na 'igang'. Nah.. in fairness, malamig naman kapag umuulan, which happens once in a blue moon! harhar.  Ako?.. still enjoying free ride with Doctor Angelita after school.

Say to someone who would want to come visit or stay in Thailand?  You'll surely have a great time kasi..people are nice and foods are cheap.  I'm eating my lunch at 15B only.  Tatlong ulam na yun!

"Miss" is still a strong verb for anyone working abroad.  YOu'll just have to learn how to deal with it for life to be better.

Gusto ko magsettle sa CEBU!! whats in CEBu?.. the first time i saw the city, i liked it already..a city, na di magulo and di pa siya crowded masyado.. kaya lang siguro by the time na makapagstay ako doon, marami ng tao doon, tsaka magulo na.. haaay.

If I can't get Cebu, i would want Thailand. :-)  People are nice.. super duper nice.. The place is nice din.. Maraming beach.. doon ako titira.. Pangarap lang naman lahat to.. Sana, magkatotoo someday.. Bestfriend!!.. bili mo ko bahay sa Kanchanaburi!!  Bibili kita sa Phuket!!..':p'

first food eaten. cheese cake na baon ng chubby kong ate ':P'.. yung nakaplastic lang. nabibili sa tindahan.

tapos dinner na luto ni ate, was sinabawang baka na may taba. yum.. yum.. sarap maaak maaak!!!

went to gateway mall sa cubao.. the mall was not anything like sm na. it was like bangkok's malls na. the theatres and the shops. siyempre watch kami sine ng ate ko.  "Be cool"... please people... dont watch this.. i almost slept. huhu..

Lungkot nga lang pamasahe sa jeep..mahal na.. Nakasakay na ko ulit jeep!!! hehehe. hawak ng mabuti sa bag siyempre.. celphone.. tago.

5th Day in Bangkok.  Friends in Samyan knows hows it like to be here in Bangkok.  Mga ate, naffeel niyo ba nararamdaman ko?!! hehehe.. haaay..

Ill go back to Samyan sa Sunday.  I'll make sulit na lang my stay here.  Celebrate Eastern Sunday.

I just have one little problem.  The administration in my school, doesn't seem to be talking with one another.  I have informed my superiors already that Im not extending my contract, apparently they are not passing this info to the rest of their staff. haaay.
